Especially when you ONLY have the packet sniff and no related logs from either end of the traffic… When they’re both polling, how am I supposed to help if I can’t tell which end is misbehaving?

During a response on Facebook, I think I may have hit upon my own personal mantra when it comes to entering a new IT venture–whether that be consulting or full time.
